DIAKONIS is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients—a leading industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of building materials a Human Resources Manager (M/F).

Position based in Berrechid.

Key Responsibilities

1) HR AdministrationOversee all employee administration processes from onboarding to offboarding.

• Manage employment contracts, amendments, HR files, and regulatory documents.

• Handle absences, leave, sick leave, workplace accidents, and disciplinary procedures.

2) Legal & Social Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor law and current social legislation.

• Align internal practices with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Update and formalize HR administration procedures.

3) Payroll & Social Declarations

• Supervise or coordinate payroll preparation in line with deadlines and regulations.

• Review variable pay elements and payslips.

• Manage social declarations and relationships with relevant organizations (CNSS, mutual insurance, insurance, pension, etc.).

4) Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor external providers involved in HR administration and payroll.

• Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual commitments.

• Serve as the main point of contact for external partners on administrative and social matters.

5) HR Reporting & Support

• Prepare and monitor HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll costs).

• Produce reports for senior management.

• Support managers and employees on administrative and social topics.

Candidate Profile

Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR, Management, Labor/Social Law, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
